It’s way past my bedtime and I am on an early start tomorrow so I’ll keep this brief, but these Sunday post were a good habit I want to take up again, so:

Moving the long run from Saturday to Sunday actually worked pretty well on the general levels of tiredness, despite a tiny bout of feeling rancid on Saturday night.
This new schedule meant giving up my beloved Improv workshops, but it was the right choice at this point in the training process, and I am sure Comedy Sportz will still be there when I am done with the marathon.
The eight-miler on Monday was a luxury afforded by the fact that I took the day off work in order to enjoy The Wedding Of The Century and recover from the stress of creating my outfit (the latter being a slight exaggeration).
I am not sure I can pull off that big a run every Monday but I am going to give it a shot tomorrow, so it’s off to Bedfordshire for me!
