This week was tough!
I guess I have learnt to make sure I run first, then party later. The 3-day shindig followed by a 12-mile run that was the back-end of last week was a. Bad. Idea. Never again, at least not until the race.

Anyway, I managed 14 miles yesterday and everything’s still on track. Life is good!
